I'm half owner of this boat with my friend who lives down there full time. It's a 24 foot cabin cruiser with twin 100-hp outboard engines. This boat, in need of some repair, is also for sale for only $5,000 USD.

This is me in the giant swimming pool available to all residents. There is a snack bar behind the waterfall. There are also restaurants by the gate to the beach, and by the marina. The site is protected by 24-hour security. Entrance is only by a guarded main gate, and another guarded gate to the beach.	This is a map. Isla de Oro's location is near the town San Jose de Rio Chico, right on the beach as you can see (arrow). The main international airport is shown on the North coast, NW of Caracas
